frequently asked questions

Why does the 1.1210 series dissolution instrument have 14 dissolution cups?

Answer: There are 14 dissolution cups in the 1210 series dissolution instrument, of which 2 dissolution cups are replenishment cups and do not participate in the experimental process. The liquid can be supplied to each dissolution cup isothermally during the experimental process.

What are the differences between manual and automatic dosing in the dissolution apparatus?

Answer: The time deviation and position deviation of manual administration, as well as the flipping of tablets, will affect the position of the tablets in the dissolution cup, which will greatly affect the dissolution process and have a significant impact on sustained-release tablets. Tablets may be slower at the bottom center than at the edge by more than 5%, resulting in significant intra batch differences. The automatic drug dispensing device can avoid the errors caused by the above factors, making the drug inspection results more accurate and reliable.

Why does the dissolution apparatus need to be equipped with a permission management system?

Answer: Hierarchical management permissions allow users to only access their own accounts. Therefore, we have equipped a fingerprint login system that allows users to quickly log in to their accounts, and a micro printer that can track every experimental operation step.
