The quenching medium cooling performance tester is designed and manufactured according to SH/T 0220 standard. The foundation of instrument design is high, and data acquisition and processing are carried out on the instrument using a microcomputer. Functional Features

The furnace body temperature rise is PID self-tuning, automatic adjustment, high precision and stability.

The furnace chamber size shall not be less than Φ 25 × 200mm, and the maximum temperature can reach 900 ℃.

After reaching the predetermined temperature, automatically or manually press the "Next" button, the probe enters the quenching medium, and the computer collects data in real time.

The sampling rate of the AD converter can reach 1000 times/second, and the maximum cooling rate measured is 3000 ℃/second. The cooling rate range is 0-600 ℃/s.

● Cooling medium: oil.

The accuracy of the test process curve is ± 5 ℃, and the cooling process curve and cooling rate change curve are printed by the printer, and various test data can be printed out.

The lifting mechanism facilitates testing and ensures stable repetition of each action.
