Overview

The oxidation characteristic tester for mineral oil with added inhibitors is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T12581 "Determination of Oxidation Characteristics of Mineral Oil with Added Inhibitors" (equivalent to ASTM D943). Suitable for measuring turbine oil, as well as other types of oil with lower density than water and containing rust and antioxidant additives, such as circulating oil and hydraulic oil.

Instrument characteristics

The oxidation characteristic tester adopts an integrated design, combining heating bath, flow control system, temperature control system, gas and water circuits, etc.

The controller adopts imported microcontroller embedded system control, with precise temperature control, reaching ± 0.1 ℃.

Equipped with an imported compressor refrigeration system, the condensation adopts zone control, which can better control the flow of condensed water.

The flow control system consists of an oxygen stabilizer, flow controller, flow meter, etc., which can intuitively and conveniently adjust the oxygen flow rate to meet the test requirements.

The instrument comes with temperature self-test, over temperature protection, and alarm functions, ensuring high safety performance.
