Sampling area error: ± 0.35cm2.

Sampling thickness: (0.1-1.0) mm.

3. Operation steps and precautions for quantitative determination of standard sample samplers

3.1 Unpacking and Installation

3.1.1 Open the top cover of the packaging box and take out the accompanying technical documents.

3.1.2 Remove the side panels around the packaging box.

Remove the bolts that fix the sample punch on the bottom plate of the packaging box and remove the sample punch.

3.1.4 Remove the operating handle from the side panel of the packaging box, remove the screws on the gear shaft of the sample punch, and install the handle onto the gear shaft of the sample punch according to the position shown in the external drawing.

3.1.5 Remove rust proof oil and dust deposits from all parts.
