Precautions for using the cargo shower room:

1. Air shower facilities and equipment: Use an industrial vacuum cleaner with ultrafiltration dust or wipe with a dust-free cloth.

2. Use an ultrafiltration industrial vacuum cleaner or a dust-free cloth to clean air vents, gaps, valves, lamps, doors and windows, and pipe holes.

3. Requirements for the use of cleaning agents: Cleanrooms have strict humidity requirements, and wet washing should be avoided as much as possible. Neutral cleaning agents can be used when necessary, and acidic or alkaline cleaning agents should be used as little as possible. Cleaning agents can eliminate static electricity better.

4. During the cleaning process of the air shower room, special attention should be paid to avoiding Yang dust.

Maintenance of air shower room:

1. The fully automatic air shower room should regularly use instruments to measure the various technical indicators of the equipment. If it does not meet the technical parameter requirements, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.

2. According to actual usage, regularly remove and clean the filter material from the primary air filter of the fully automatic air shower room.

3. When the wind speed of the fully automatic air shower decreases, the surface of the primary air filter should be checked for blackening first. If blackening occurs, it indicates that the pre filter has more dust and increased resistance. Therefore, the non-woven fabric inside the primary air filter of the fully automatic air shower should be removed for cleaning or replacement.

4. When the fully automatic air shower cannot increase the air speed even after replacing or cleaning the non-woven fabric, it indicates that the air filter of the fully automatic air shower has been clogged, causing an increase in resistance. Therefore, the air filter of the fully automatic air shower should be replaced.

5. When replacing the air filter in the fully automatic air shower, the spray plate of the fully automatic air shower must be removed, the filter should be taken out, and a new air filter should be replaced according to the specifications and models of the original filter. During installation, the arrow markings on the filter should be confirmed, and the arrow should point in the direction of the airflow. And ensure good sealing to prevent leakage.

6. After replacing the filter of the fully automatic air shower room, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and use a dust particle counter to detect it. Normal operation can only be carried out after reaching the technical specifications.

7. Regularly inspect the electrical circuits of the fully automatic air shower room, and if there are any faults, refer to the electrical schematic for maintenance.

8. Regularly enclose the fully automatic air shower door to align the electronic lock with its lock hole to prevent the locking pin from getting stuck.

9. The operating temperature of the fully automatic air shower room shall not exceed 50 ℃, and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
