Qikun-WelderllIt is a fully automatic device used for sterile welding of thermoplastic pipes in conventional environments. This fully automatic device can aseptically connect thermoplastic tubes with an outer diameter of 1/4 to 1 inch.

Working Principle:

step1:

Firstly, the thermoplastic tube must be correctly installed in the tube holder, then insert the blade, close the cover, and press the start button.

step2:

Heat (disinfect) the blade, and then cut off the two thermoplastic pipe sections.

step3:

Rotate the left tube holder to align the cut thermoplastic tubes that need to be connected. The incision is closely attached to the hot blade to ensure sterility.

step4:

The blade is retracted to the starting position, and at the same time, the pipes are pushed together, and the aligned thermoplastic pipe cuts are connected together to form a weld.

step5:

Discard the used blades and cut pipe sections, and remove the connected thermoplastic pipe.
