  The automatic air supply device consists of imported electric ball valves a and b, one-way valve c, two-way manual ball valves d, e, f, and filter g.

1. Automatic air supply and stop: The two-way manual ball valve D is closed. When the automatic air supply conditions are met, the electric ball valve b is automatically closed and the electric ball valve a is opened. High pressure air is supplied from the inlet P ->electric ball valve a ->one-way valve c ->to the pressure oil tank Q. When the condition for stopping air supply is met, the electric ball valve A will automatically close to stop air supply. Open the electric ball valve b, and the air pressure of the pressure oil tank Q is blocked by the one-way valve c, stopping the air supply. The pipe section between electric ball valve a and one-way valve c is emptied to atmospheric pressure through electric ball valve b, and the sealing of one-way valve c is enhanced. At the same time, prevent electric ball valve A from leaking and replenishing air.

2. Manual air supply and stop: The two-way manual ball valve D is closed. Close electric ball valve b and open electric ball valve a through the manual knob of the electric ball valve to achieve manual air supply. High pressure air flows from P through electric ball valve a ->one-way valve c ->to pressure oil tank Q for air supply. When the pressurized oil tank is filled with gas Q, close the electric ball valve A through the manual knob of the electric ball valve to stop the gas supply. Open the electric ball valve b through the manual knob of the electric ball valve, and the air pressure of the pressure oil tank Q is blocked by the one-way valve c, stopping the air supply. The pipe section between electric ball valve a and one-way valve c is emptied to atmospheric pressure through electric ball valve b, and the sealing of the one-way valve is enhanced. At the same time, prevent electric ball valve A from leaking and replenishing air.

3. When it is necessary to exhaust high-pressure gas during maintenance, turn off the control power and move the two-way manual ball valve to the exhaust position for exhaust. Note: When manually replenishing and exhausting air, the power must be turned off. Automatic air supply device achieves zero differential pressure operation; The large flow rate greatly shortens the air supply time and overcomes the disadvantages of low working flow rate and poor sealing performance of pilot operated solenoid valves under low pressure and high pressure; At the same time, due to the low requirement for gas cleanliness of electric ball valves, the gas replenishment device also has many advantages such as strong anti fouling ability and high pressure resistance
