LTS series quartz tube level gaugeIt is divided into top mounted and bypass pipe side mounted types. The bypass tube side mounted magnetic beam unit is placed inside the floating ball, while the top mounted magnetic beam unit is connected to the floating ball through a top rod. When the liquid level of the medium in the container changes, the float will change with the liquid level, and the current liquid level can be accurately read through the quartz tube observation window and scale. When the floating ball drives the magnetic unit to change with the liquid level, the magnetic beam unit moves along the liquid level sensor composed of a series of magnetic induction modules. Under the action of the magnetic beam unit, the magnetic induction module inside the liquid level sensor will perform point-to-point action, thereby outputting a changing linear resistance signal, which is then converted into a standard signal output through a transmitter.
