According to the standard (GB14210), a pressure load is applied to a single pellet with a diameter of 10mm to 12.5mm at a specified constant pressing speed (10-15mm/min), and it is crushed one by one until it fractures. Structure and working principle of QWYC-HN10C pellet compressive strength tester:
Structure: The testing machine consists of a body, mechanical transmission system, force measurement control system, speed regulation system, recording system, and fixture. The body is composed of a base and a column, with the transmission screw installed inside the column, and the mechanical transmission system, electrical appliances, speed control system, and motor installed inside the base. The intelligent control system and micro printer are installed in the control box on the side of the column, the force sensor is installed on the bottom of the moving crossbeam, and the photoelectric encoder is installed on the top of the machine column. The upper and lower pressure plates are respectively connected to the sensor and the workbench. The microcomputer type is equipped with a computer and a printer, and the testing process and results are displayed in real-time on the LCD screen. According to the calculated data, the test results can be printed.
Working principle: After each part of the testing machine enters the test preparation state, press the "start" button, and the motor will rotate the transmission screw through the reducer, driving the moving crossbeam to apply force to the test piece. At this time, the pressure sensor and photoelectric encoder will input signals into the microcomputer, and the data will be processed by the computer and displayed on the LCD screen. The test data will be automatically recorded. During group testing, each test data will be automatically recorded and the average value of all tests in this group will be calculated by the computer. After the experiment is completed, the test results can be printed out through a printer.
