QLX-5 Lasso Durability Fatigue Test Stand

1. Overview:
The QLN-5 cable durability test bench is developed based on the Chinese automotive industry standards "QC/T228.10-1997 Motorcycle and Light Motorcycle Cable Control Test Method" and "QC/T29101-92 Automotive Cable Assembly". The test bench includes a testing mechanism that can simultaneously test cables. The initial value of the test load is measured by a load sensor and displayed digitally. By using a variable frequency speed regulating motor, various test frequencies required by the standard can be changed. The number of tests is measured by magnetic and electric start-up, displayed digitally, and the reading is intuitive. This test bench can test the durability performance of motorcycle cables and also test the durability performance of automotive cables.
2、 Structural principle
The cable durability test bench consists of several parts, including a workbench, a deceleration mechanism, a cable curve forming mechanism, a pre tensioning system, and a test frequency measurement system. The mechanism for forming the lasso curve is fixed on the workbench, and the driving motor is located below the workbench. During the experiment, the curve forming component winds the cable into the required curve for the test, and the pre tensioning system applies the required initial force value to the cable. The driving motor drives the cable core wire to perform reciprocating motion through a reduction mechanism, and the amplitude of the reciprocating motion is adjusted by the slider on the reduction gearbox.
