QDJ1/20 Fully Automatic Ampoule Foreign Object Lamp Inspection Machine

Purpose and Introduction
Mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign objects (glass shards, metal shavings, hair fibers, bottle defects, etc.) and liquid levels in ampoule injections.
Machines use visual principles to compare and detect the object being tested. The tested product is braked to a standstill while rotating at high speed. The industrial camera continuously captures multiple images, which are analyzed and compared by the computer system to determine whether the tested product is qualified and automatically distinguish between qualified and unqualified products.
