The QCW-1000-B online quality control instrument can be used to verify the reliability of water quality online analyzer analysis data, and can achieve functions such as standard sample verification testing, zero and span verification testing, parallel sample testing, blank sample testing, etc.
The QCW-1000-B water quality online quality control instrument consists of two main parts: a display control module and a standard sample verification module. The display control module and configuration module are based on the 7-inch color display screen of the Android system. Users can perform internal control, parameter settings, record queries, and other operations, and activate remote quality control functions through serial ports or network interfaces. The standard sample verification module automatically prepares single parameter and multiple concentration standard samples through a high-precision plunger pump, achieving standard sample verification testing, zero and range drift testing, and blank sample testing. The QCW-1000-B water quality online quality control instrument can be used in conjunction with water quality online monitoring instruments to complete quality control operations such as water sample testing, parallel water sample testing, and standard sample verification.
