Q41F national standard floating soft seal forged steel ball valve is a type of cut-off valve with excellent structure and performance. Using flexible graphite and stainless steel gaskets (GB/T 12221 standard), evenly tighten the bolts (material 35CrMoA, in accordance with A193-B7 standard) to avoid deformation of the valve body.
Ensure that the valve flow direction label is consistent with the medium flow direction. If horizontal installation is required, the handle should be placed facing upwards or horizontally for ease of operation.

Remove the sealing ring (PTFE material) before welding to prevent high temperature damage; Clean the welding slag and reinstall the sealing ring after welding.
Installation of drive device:
Worm gears or electric actuators should be coaxial with the valve stem to ensure smooth rotation and no jamming.
Manually rotate the handle 90 ° to confirm that the ball opens and closes flexibly without any abnormal resistance;
Conduct a shell test (with a test pressure of 1.5 times the nominal pressure) and a sealing test (with a test pressure of 1.1 times the nominal pressure), and hold the pressure for 30 minutes without any leakage.
Media compatibility:
PTFE sealing rings are suitable for neutral media such as water, solvents, and gases to avoid long-term contact with highly corrosive media (such as concentrated nitric acid).
Operating Specifications:
Do not use an extended lever to forcefully open or close the valve to prevent the valve stem from bending or the ball from deforming.
When controlling remotely, ensure that the output torque of the actuator matches the rated torque of the valve (refer to the design standard GB/T 12237).
Disable protection:
Before long-term shutdown, it is necessary to empty the pipeline medium, close the valve, and apply anti rust oil; If the storage environment is humid, it is recommended to ventilate regularly.
