The valve is equipped with a spring and baffle structure inside: when the medium flows forward, the thrust overcomes the spring force to push open the baffle, and the valve opens; When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the baffle is pressed tightly against the cover under the action of the spring and reverse pressure, and the valve closes, achieving one-way flow control.

The installation of H91X card sleeve check valve needs to be strictly carried out according to standard operating procedures to ensure the sealing and functionality of the valve. The following are the specific installation steps:

Step twoMake a mark at the 6-point position on the sleeve nut.

Step threeFix the joint body with a wrench, rotate the sleeve nut one and a quarter turns, and then rotate the mark 540 degrees to the 9 o'clock position.

Step 4Through threaded mechanical propulsion, the forward movement of the sleeve nut pushes the rear sleeve forward, while the rear sleeve pushes the front sleeve forward.

Step 5The joint body presses the front sleeve inward, and the front sleeve eliminates the tolerance between its inner diameter and the outer diameter of the pipe.

Step SixAs the rear sleeve advances, the front sleeve moves forward and inward, and the rear end lifts up, forming a seal with the inclined surface of the joint body.
