Q fever rickettsia virus antibody (CB Ab) detection kit
[Specification]
25 T/box
24 months
Storage conditions: unopened reagents should be stored at 2-30 ℃, avoiding freezing and exposure to environments above 30 ℃. When storing, it should be kept dry and avoid direct sunlight.
Validity period: Please pay attention to the validity period of the reagent and use it within the validity period.
Purpose: Specifically used to detect the presence of antibodies against Q fever rickettsia virus in samples, assisting in the diagnosis of Q fever.
Detection principle: This detection reagent is based on immunological principles and uses colloidal gold technology for detection. When Q fever rickettsia virus antibodies are present in the sample, the antibodies bind to the colloidal gold labeled antigen to form a complex. These complexes move forward along the test strip under chromatographic action and form a "sandwich" with pre coated specific antibodies on the detection line, resulting in coagulation and color development. Negative specimens only show color at the control line.
Sample preparation:
Collect blood samples and process them according to standard procedures to obtain serum.
The serum sample should be clear and free from hemolysis and contamination.
Sample addition:
Using the provided pipette, take an appropriate amount of serum sample and drop it into the sampling well of the detection card.
Be careful to avoid contaminating the sampling well and surrounding area.
Add diluent:
Add an appropriate amount of diluent dropwise into the sample well.
Gently shake the detection card to ensure that the sample is thoroughly mixed with the diluent.
Waiting and observation:
Let the detection card stand at room temperature and wait for a certain period of time (usually 10-15 minutes) for sufficient antigen antibody reaction.
Observe the results on the detection card within the specified time.
Result judgment:
According to the instructions on the test card, the result is judged as positive, negative, or invalid.
A positive result indicates the presence of Q fever related antibodies in the sample, while a negative result indicates that no antibodies were detected.
If the result is invalid, please follow the instructions in the manual to retest.
