This reagent uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to qualitatively detect group B streptococcus antigen in the sample through the "double antibody sandwich method". The principle is to use specific antibodies to bind with Group B Streptococcus antigens, forming antigen antibody complexes. Then, through the labeling and color development of colloidal gold particles, the complexes show specific color changes on the detection card, thereby determining the presence of Group B Streptococcus antigens in the sample.
