The Italian Atos ATOS proportional valve is a control valve that continuously and proportionally controls the flow, pressure, and direction of a hydraulic system based on input electrical signals. Its output flow and pressure are not affected by load changes. Proportional directional valve

Direct acting, without sensor proportional directional valve, without position sensor, with positive cover valve core, used for open-loop directional control and pressure free compensation flow regulation. ① The damping hole of the main valve core is blocked. If the main valve core is not cleaned thoroughly during assembly, the oil is too dirty, or there are people or debris during assembly.

③ The reset spring of the main valve core is broken or bent, preventing the main valve core from resetting.

solution

① Disassemble the main valve, clean the damping hole, and reassemble it.

② Filter or replace the oil.

③ Tighten the valve cover fastening screws and replace the broken spring.

Reason 2: Pilot valve malfunction.

① The adjustment spring is broken or not installed.

② Cone valve or steel ball not installed.

① The main valve core cone is worn or not round, and the valve seat cone is worn or not round.

② There is dirt sticking to the cone surface.

③ The lack of concentricity between the conical surface and the valve seat due to machining errors.

④ The main valve core is not well matched with the valve seat, and the main valve core is not strong or damaged, resulting in a loose fit between the valve core and the valve seat.

⑤ There is leakage at the main valve cover, such as damaged sealing gasket, poor assembly, loose cover screws, etc.
