Atos ATOS hydraulic component directional valve supply with good spot pricesThe main performance is as follows
The most common projects are solenoid valves, which mainly include the following:
1. Work reliability
Can the electromagnetic iron reliably reverse direction after being powered on, and reliably reset after being powered off. Electromagnetic valves can only function properly within a certain range of flow and pressure. The limit of this work range is called the commutation limit.
2. Pressure loss
Due to the small opening of the solenoid valve, there is a significant pressure loss when the liquid flows through the valve port.
3. Internal leakage rate
The leakage amount from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber at different working positions and under the specified working pressure is the internal leakage amount. Excessive internal leakage not only reduces system efficiency and causes overheating, but also affects the normal operation of the actuator.
4. Reversing and resetting time
The switching time of the communication solenoid valve is generally 0.03-0.05s, and the switching impact is significant; The commutation time of the DC solenoid valve is 0.1-0.3 seconds, and the commutation impact is relatively small. Usually, the reset time is slightly longer than the commutation time.
5. Switching frequency
The commutation frequency is the number of times the valve is allowed to change direction per unit time. At present, the switching frequency of a single electromagnetic solenoid valve is generally 60 times/min.
6. Service life
The service life of solenoid valves mainly depends on the electromagnet. The lifespan of wet electromagnets is longer than that of dry ones, and the lifespan of DC electromagnets is longer than that of AC ones.
7. Hydraulic clamping phenomenon of slide valve
The hydraulic clamping phenomenon of slide valves is not only present in directional valves, but also in other hydraulic valves. It is more prominent in high-pressure systems, especially the longer the stay time of the slide valve, the greater the hydraulic clamping force, resulting in the thrust of the moving slide valve (such as electromagnetic thrust) being unable to overcome the clamping resistance, making the slide valve unable to reset.
Reversing performance: Under specified working conditions, can the solenoid valve reliably reverse direction when powered on and reset reliably when powered off.
The pressure loss of an electromagnetic directional valve is composed of the flow loss and throttling loss generated when the liquid flows through the valve port of the electromagnetic directional valve.
The internal leakage of an electromagnetic directional valve refers to the leakage from the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber at different working positions under specified working conditions.
Reversing and resetting time====The time required from the electromagnetic iron being energized to the termination of the valve core reversing, while resetting time refers to the time required from the electromagnetic power-off to the valve core returning to its initial position.
Switching frequency====Allowable large switching times per unit time Service life====When the main components of the solenoid valve are damaged, it cannot perform normal switching and resetting actions, or when its main performance indicators deteriorate significantly beyond the specified switching times.
Atos ATOS hydraulic component directional valve supply with good spot pricesWorking principle/electromagnetic directional valve:
Electromagnetic valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic force, which is an automation basic component used to control fluids. It belongs to the actuator and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. It is used in the industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. Electromagnetic valves can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the expected control, while ensuring the accuracy and flexibility of the control. There are many types of solenoid valves, and different solenoid valves play a role in different directions of the control system. Commonly used ones are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc.
