The working principle of this instrument is to use a hydraulic system to detach a coating with a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate to measure the adhesion of the coating. The multifunctional digital display screen of the tester displays the size of the adhesion in MPa or KN units. This product is designed and manufactured according to international and national standards, with stable technology and performance. There are currently three main methods for testing the adhesion between coatings and substrates: one is the circle cutting method, one is the grid cutting method, and the other is the pull apart method. Both the circle drawing method and the grid drawing method can only classify adhesion ratings, but cannot quantify them specifically; The pull-out method can quantitatively (in Mpa) describe the specific size of adhesion, which is effective for comparing the adhesion size of different coatings and is very suitable for R&D personnel to use when developing formulas.
