1. All organic solvents are suitable except for chlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone, ketones, aliphatic lipids, and phenol.
2. Prohibit the use of solutions with a concentration greater than 10% *, 10% hydrochloric acid, or 5% acetic acid, as these solutions can damage the nylon mesh sieve.
