Overview

The bacterial strains stored by freeze-drying method in protein freeze-drying machine can have a storage period of several years to ten years. ★ Freeze drying process formula storage function: can store 300 sets of fixed or user-defined freeze drying process formulas.

★ PC remote monitoring system: It can remotely monitor the operation status of equipment, with a maximum monitoring distance of 1.5KM.

★ Calibration function: Temperature and vacuum calibration can be performed to ensure the accuracy of long-term measurement values.

★ Box:

The box design is carried out in accordance with GB150-2011/PED/ASME standards and meets the requirements of FDA and GMP standards. The interior of the box adopts a large rounded corner design, the surface is polished with a mirror finish, and the bottom of the box adopts an inclined angle design, which is more in line with CIP and SIP drainage requirements. The box can withstand a full range of positive and negative pressures from 0.15Mpa to 0.5Pa.

★ CIP system

The valves and pneumatic actuators of the in-situ cleaning system are all imported components to ensure stable, safe and reliable operation. The pipeline of the in-situ cleaning system adopts automatic track welding to ensure that the welding is firm and beautiful. The CIP system pipeline vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements. After cleaning, residual moisture is removed using a German imported water ring pump with high pumping speed.

★ SIP system

Adopting pulsating pre vacuum steam sterilization method, equipped with Fo value display and recording, it has complete safety interlock and interlocking functions, and the box comes with cooling function. Triple overpressure protection ensures safety. The design of the high-pressure pressure vessel for the box body, and all components during the manufacturing process are inspected and tested by industrial X-ray machines to ensure overall stability and high pressure resistance. The valves of the in-situ disinfection system are all imported components with a temperature resistance of over 350 ℃. Pneumatic actuators are all made of imported components to ensure stable, safe and reliable operation. The pipeline of the in-situ disinfection system adopts automatic track welding to ensure that the welding is firm and beautiful. The SIP system pipeline vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements.
