The TNK MP-1600A melting point and melting rate tester for protective slag is an automated testing equipment developed by Luoyang Tainak High Temperature Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. according to the standard YB/T186-2014 (Testing Method for Melting Temperature of Continuous Casting Protective Slag), using computer testing technology. Strong work reliability

The furnace has a tubular structure and is heated using silicon molybdenum rods. It operates at a temperature of 1600 ℃ and is insulated with high-grade refractory materials. Small size, low heating power (2.5kVA), and heating rate can reach 40 ℃/min. Accurate temperature control with an accuracy of ± 2 ℃

High degree of automation

The computer human-machine dialogue operation interface can set multiple experimental channel parameters and has the ability to test melting point and melting rate. The image is clear, and the software automatically tracks and judges the height and changes of the sample. The image can be enlarged or reduced, and users can adjust and capture the test block diagram themselves. The experimental results are automatically saved.

Carefully designed program

Due to the different experimental methods for melting point and melting rate, the melting point experiment and melting rate experiment are conducted through application software and two independent temperature calibration systems are used. Each verification system can perform 11 two-point verifications to reduce verification errors. The verification method is simple and easy to operate.

Precision structure

The industrial camera has five axes, and the sample stage has six axis micro adjustment function, which can accurately adjust the position of the industrial lens and the sample stage to achieve detection effect.

After the experiment, you can choose to open the ventilation valve to introduce air into the furnace, so that the furnace temperature quickly drops to the experimental temperature, reducing waiting time and significantly improving work efficiency.
