Production type micro jet homogenizerProduct Features:

Compared with high-pressure homogenizers, its diamond microchannel jet technology can achieve smaller and more uniform nanoscale particle sizes, making it suitable for applications with higher particle size distribution requirements and added value.

2. The core homogenization component is the diamond interaction chamber. Unlike the homogenization valve with adjustable clearance in ordinary high-pressure homogenizers, its internal micro channels are fixed in size and cannot be adjusted. When using the same type of diamond interaction chamber and under the same homogenization process parameters, it can ensure that the particle size results of products between batches are very stable.

3. The production capacity amplification of the homogenizer is achieved through the parallel arrangement of micro pores inside the diamond interaction chamber. Multiple micro pores with the same aperture as the experimental machine, combined with a high-power booster pump, can achieve linear amplification of the R&D process. Production equipment can increase production capacity without changing the homogenization effect.

4. The homogenizer adopts a hydraulic boosting mode to provide homogenization power, and its hydraulic station can output homogenization pressure of up to several hundred Mpa at a lower pressure of tens of Mpa. In this state, the hydraulic power unit can continue to operate stably while ensuring high homogenization pressure. Compared with the high-frequency action design of the twisted connecting rod of ordinary high-pressure homogenizers, it can greatly reduce the equipment failure rate and ensure smooth production.

Advantages of diamond exchange chamber:

1. Diamond has a built-in layer, which is more wear-resistant and suitable for processing samples with harder particles.

2. Suitable models such as 75um, 100um, 125um can be customized according to different applications of customers.

3. Utilize turbulence and collision between samples to achieve sample processing, reducing the risk of sample contamination!

4. The high pressure resistance can reach 30000 psi, surpassing all current sample processing equipment, and can achieve greater shear force, cavitation, and turbulence effects!
