The series of concentration tanks produced by our company have reasonable design, advanced technology, and automatic control that meets the requirements of national GMP certification. The tank body adopts a vertical double-layer structure, with a polished inner liner of Ra0.45 and an external mirror panel or frosted board for insulation. The tank body has a consistent luster, and the interlayer is wrapped with a spiral belt for steam heating or cold water cooling and filled with insulation material. All overcurrent components are made of 316L material, and the rest are made of 304 material. The bottom head of the inner tank is concave convex, equipped with a skewed wall axial flow port, disinfection port, cleaning ball, manhole, and installed with a 0.22um air respirator and mixing system. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a water outlet, a sewage outlet, a sampling port, a temperature probe, and a liquid level sensor. Equipped with control detection of liquid level height and display, providing upper and lower limit alarm function. According to user requirements, nitrogen filling devices and pH meters can also be installed.
