This system is a bicarbonate based buffer system that can maintain an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 gas environment during incubation. This system is a sterile liquid mixing system that contains essential and non essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, trace elements, and some other organic and inorganic compounds, as well as fetal bovine serum (10%). This culture system is a liquid culture system based on a fixed formula, which can provide a determined and suitable balanced nutritional environment for the trophoblast layer of mammals such as humans, rats, mice, and rabbits cultured in vitro, and can selectively promote the expansion of trophoblast layer cells.
