Product Details

1. Experimental platform (made of steel wood or all steel, taking steel wood as an example below)

1.1 Tabletop: Made of black 12.7mm thick core physical and chemical board, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant. The outer edge of the countertop is chamfered and double layered with a thickness of 25.4mm.

1.2 C-shaped steel suspension system

1) C-shaped steel frame: welded with 60mm × 40mm × 2mm steel pipes and treated with epoxy resin spraying.

2) Connecting rod: Made of 60mm × 40mm × 2mm steel pipe, treated with epoxy resin spraying.

3) Connecting wings: Made of 2mm thick steel plate and treated with epoxy resin spraying.

4) 4.90 angle fixing plate: made of 2mm thick steel plate and treated with epoxy resin spraying.

5) Pipe sleeve: Made of PVC injection molded products.

6) Height adjustment feet: Made of 90.5mm steel plate compression molding, with an externally electroplated disc adjustment foot and a waterproof PVC hexagonal collar lining.

1.3 Removable Cabinet Cabinet

1) The side panels, bottom panels, back panels, and top panels of the cabinet are made of 16mm thick melamine board in gray color, and the edges are sealed with 1mm PVC edge banding and hot-melt edge sealing treatment.

2) Drawer box: made of 16mm thick melamine board, gray in color, with 1mm PVC edge sealing strip and hot-melt edge sealing treatment.

3) Drawer slide rail: Adopting high-quality three section silent slide rail.

4) Drawer handle: Made of aluminum alloy straight handle.

5) Door panel and drawer surface: Made of 16mm thick melamine board, color is determined by the user, and the edge is sealed with aluminum alloy edge banding by electrostatic spraying. The edge is firm, has a long service life, is corrosion-resistant, and does not crack.

6) Hinge: 110o metal hinge is used.

8) Layer board: 16mm melamine board, gray in color, with 2mm PVC edge banding and hot-melt edge sealing treatment on the outer edge.

1.4 Cabinet material

The cabinet material is plywood, also known as melamine board: base particle board (solid wood particle board)+melamine sticker=melamine board, which is a common board for laboratory furniture in China.

There are often many sinks and various acidic and alkaline solutions in the laboratory. The solid wood particles inside the board have large gaps and are not easy to expand or deform in a humid environment, in order to maintain the normal and beautiful appearance of laboratory furniture. The exterior is covered with melamine veneer paper and high-quality PVC edge banding with hot melt sealing, which can effectively prevent moisture infiltration. It is a universal board for laboratory furniture in China.
