3、 Equipment selection
Based on the above water quality conditions, the integrated high-efficiency fully automatic water purification device developed by our company is highly suitable for treating high turbidity water and low-temperature low turbidity raw water. The integrated water purification device has the advantages of simple process, no need for dedicated personnel to operate and manage, small footprint, low investment, and fast start-up.
The daily processing capacity of the engineering design is 9600m ³. Considering the tight land use and large water consumption of the project, as well as meeting the requirements of water quality and quantity, and taking into account factors such as high automation, low investment, and convenient operation and management, it is more suitable to choose two sets of fully automatic water purification devices.
4、 Performance advantages
1. The water purification device itself has achieved fully automatic operation through a series of operating procedures such as reaction, coagulation and sedimentation, water collection, water distribution, filtration, internal backwashing, and sludge discharge. The central control cabinet is equipped with a PLC interface, and the on duty personnel only need to monitor the water quality regularly, without the need for operation and management of the water purification device.
2. The high concentration flocculation layer can allow impurity particles in the raw water to have sufficient collision and contact between them, increasing the probability of adsorption. Therefore, it can adapt to various water temperatures and turbidity of the raw water, with a high removal rate of impurity particles. Under certain usage conditions, it also has the function of algae removal.
