2、 Working principle

Before adding medication, first close the drain valve 14 and all valves in the pipeline. After filling the substitute tank with medication, start the mixer start button on the control cabinet 11 to mix and stir evenly in proportion. Then open valves 5, 8, 12, and 13, and start the metering pump 7 (one for use and one for backup, or both). After running for 1-2 minutes, close the vent valve 5 (to exhaust the air in the pipeline) to deliver medication to the external pipeline normally. If only one metering pump is needed, close one of the inlet and outlet valves of ball valves 12 and 13. The two pumps should be used alternately, and filter 14 should be cleaned regularly to remove impurities. Before cleaning, ball valves 8 and 13 should be closed; If the safety valve trips due to external factors during the work process, the liquid will be automatically discharged from the safety valve to the sewage ditch. If the medicine is not dispensed from the pump, the power supply needs to be cut off for inspection.

3、 Precautions for installation operation and common troubleshooting methods

1. Check if the corner platform of the dosing device is on the same horizontal line (no need to install foot screws), and if there are threaded connectors, quick connectors, and flange connectors at the pump outlet. Connect the corresponding connectors and power supply.

2. Make preparations before operation, inject an appropriate amount of SBJ-20 and SBJ-30 mechanical oil into the metering pump box and reducer box, based on the oil level line.

3. Close the drain valve, pipeline valve, and automatically or manually add medication. Press the power button, control cabinet, and power indicator light to indicate that the power is connected. Press the mixing tank button, and the mixer will start working for 3-5 minutes. Then, open the pipeline valve and flow control valve, and press the metering pump start button to start the metering pump.

4. Regularly check whether the feed inlet of the metering pump is blocked, and clean the pipelines and filters regularly to prevent blockage.

5. Regularly inspect the mixing device to see if the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, if the impeller is twisted or deformed, if the coupling sleeve is loose, if there is excessive torque on one side, and if it consumes mixing power. If it is broken, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

6. Regularly inspect safety valves, pressure gauges, and various pipeline valves to prevent leakage incidents. When using two or more pumps for dosing, they should be used alternately to avoid starting or stopping one pump for a long time.
