Overview

The pressure transmitter LED-1151AP can convert the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, etc. sensed by the pressure measuring element sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mADC, etc.), which are supplied to secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators for measurement, indication, and process adjustment. It should be widely applied; Used in various industrial automation environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemicals, oil wells, electricity, ships, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries.

Application of pressure transmitter LED-1151AP


Pressure transmitters are mainly used to measure parameters such as pressure, negative pressure, and pressure of gases, liquids, and vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA.DC signal outputs.
Pressure transmitters include two types: GP type (gauge pressure) and AP type (pressure). The combination of GP and AP types with intelligent amplification board can form an intelligent pressure transmitter, which can communicate with each other through a handheld device that complies with the HART protocol for setting and monitoring.
The delta chamber of the GP type pressure transmitter receives the measured pressure signal on one side and is connected to atmospheric pressure on the other side, making it suitable for measuring gauge pressure or negative pressure.
The delta chamber of the AP type pressure transmitter (see the structure on the right) receives the measured pressure signal on one side and is enclosed as a high vacuum reference chamber on the other side. It can measure the pressure of the degassing system, distillation tower, evaporator, crystallizer, etc.
