Overview
The diffusion silicon pressure transmitter LED-800 consists of a signal conversion module, and the core component of the sensor is a single crystal silicon wafer. When the single crystal silicon is subjected to pressure, its resistivity changes. Four resistors are diffused on a silicon wafer through semiconductor planar technology and connected to form a Stone bridge. Under constant current, a voltage signal proportional to the pressure signal can be output. The signal conversion module processes and converts the voltage signal of the sensor into a 4-20mA standard signal
