Scope of application:

The ZJD-K pressure plate frame vacuum lubricating oil filter is used for filtering impurities, removing water and gas from oil products. It is mainly used for purifying oil products that contain a large amount of fine suspended impurities (such as metal powder, coal powder, oil sludge, etc.), flocculent substances, fibers (such as paper wool), etc., which are easy to cause blockage of conventional filter elements and are easier to filter clean, such as injection molding machine oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, compressor oil, refrigeration machine oil, vacuum pump oil, oil used in the paper industry, smelting, and cement enterprises.

This machine can also be equipped with BZ regeneration device, which can adsorb and regenerate oil, reduce the acid value of aged oil or control the acid value of running oil, and partially restore the color of oil (ZJD-R series)

This machine has a short processing cycle, high efficiency, and can quickly remove water, gas, mechanical impurities, and volatile substances (alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from oil. It can flash evaporate and remove light acids and hydrocarbons, improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil viscosity, flash point, and performance, and ensure the normal operation of power, hydraulic, and lubrication systems.

Product Features:

This machine combines the advantages of a vacuum oil filter and a plate and frame oil filter. The two can operate together and independently, effectively purifying and treating various complex impurities in oil products.

Ø Multi stage gradient filtration system: The three-stage gradient filtration system has strong impurity removal ability, and the large area and deep level precision filter material can remove fine particles from the oil. The combination of cylindrical stainless steel filter element and plate frame pressure filtration device has high filtration efficiency and effectively filters out suspended particles and impurities in the oil;

Advanced medium heat absorption and condensation system.

Ø Automatic temperature control heating, automatic separation of condensate device, easy to operate, safe, and reliable.

Ø Super strong emulsifying ability, capable of separating large amounts of water from oil as well as trace amounts of water from oil.

Combining agglomeration separation and vacuum dehydration, the water separation device adopts the world's agglomeration separation technology, which can quickly and efficiently separate a large amount of water and micro water from lubricating oil with high water content.

Deep level, high-precision FH rectangular filtration system can effectively remove iron filings, dust, and impurities from oil.

Using high-quality raw components and connecting sealing materials, it meets the high temperature requirements for filtering high viscosity lubricating oil, and expands the types and range of oil that can be purified by the oil filter.

Ø Equipped with a circulating heating dehydration outlet, it can first isolate the plate type fine filter for vacuum dehydration and general impurity filtration of the oil, avoiding shortening the life of the filter paper due to high water content oil

Ø Using high-quality filter materials, with a large capacity for dirt absorption, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good mechanical strength, high impurity removal accuracy, and long service life.

Humanized design, dual infrared liquid level control system, electrical automatic protection control system with phase sequence protection, overload protection, overpressure protection, and temperature constant automatic control system ensure easy operation, safety, and reliability. This machine can work online for a long time, with a unique oil pump, low noise, and meets the world's high environmental standards.
