Pressure curve experimental unit experimental platform for pipeline inletUsed to study the flow characteristics of pipeline inlet and forming flow, it includes three basic pipeline flow research sections and one pure inlet section.
In the experiment, three different surface characteristics and geometric shapes of pipe segments were examined, and the Reynolds number and pipe friction coefficient were measured and displayed on the Muddy plot. The pressure of each pipe section is independently measured, and differences in the surface flow state of the water free jet are observed.
The entrance section is designed with streamlined and non streamlined designs, and can rotate to analyze different geometric shapes. It is equipped with pressure connection points to measure the pressure loss at the entrance.
(1) Study the flow characteristics of pipeline inlet and forming flow.
(2) Master the basic flow characteristics of pipelines and learn through three basic pipeline flow research sections.
(3) Study the influence of surface characteristics and geometric shapes of pipeline sections on flow, master the methods of measuring Reynolds number and pipeline friction coefficient, and be able to display data on Muddy plots.
(4) Master the method of independently measuring the pressure of each pipe section and observe the differences in surface flow state of water free jet.
(5) Understand streamlined and non streamlined designs, analyze geometric shapes through rotation, and master the method of measuring inlet pressure loss.
