Submersible TransientPressure and temperature detection monitoring recorder

MT-PR1000 is a high-precision submersible pipeline container dynamic transient pressure and temperature monitoring recorder that can detect and test changes in dynamic pressure and temperature data in real time. It is equipped with a US factory calibration and quality assurance certificate, powered by the instrument battery, and does not require other power sources. It is particularly suitable for use in non powered or outdoor environments. The recorded data comes with timestamps, and users can set their own sampling time intervals and thresholds. The sturdy stainless steel casing design allows it to be used in harsh industrial environments, diving, and provides a 1/4 inch NPT interface for easy connection to various pressure vessels and pipelines for automatic monitoring and recording of dynamic transient pressure. It is widely used in fields such as air conditioning systems, chilled water, hot water, air, natural gas, petroleum, and steam pressure systems.

The MT-PR1000 has a large range and offers multiple range options from 0 to 5000 PSI (specific range required before purchase, see table below),Users can set their own threshold, and only when triggered, the recorder starts working and samples according to the preset number of samples. Once this number is reached, it stops working(Window mode), or a pre-set stop setting point can be set, and when the value is reached, the recorder will stop working (two-point mode),It can also display up to50 'pre trigger' data samples for further analysis of the reasons for event triggering.

MT-PR1000 is compatible with the new version of MadgeTech 4 software, making it easy to start, stop, and download data. It also provides graphics, tables, and summary data for analysis, which can be viewed as customizable engineering units.
