In order to meet the processing capacity of high-throughput samples, HS-D-5800P has made significant optimizations and improvements in sample disk capacity, and pays more attention to customer experience and convenience in method settings. In the software, different specifications of the automatic sampler test tube rack can be freely switched. The left large volume sample tube holder can accommodate 40 mL sample bottles, and with pre cut bottle cap pads, it can effectively reduce the evaporation of sample solvents. The fraction collection interface allows for the selection of various sizes of collection tubes, and the horizontal or vertical S-shaped collection direction can be chosen according to usage habits. Five collection disk positions are more suitable for high-throughput preparation experiments. The fraction collector can enable fixed-point repeated collection function, combined with the stacking injection function, which can collect the same fraction obtained from multiple stacking injections in the same test tube.

Gradient method editing

Multi level gradient editing for complex sample preparation has always been a pain point for experimental personnel, and the HS-D-5800P software has been optimized specifically for this pain point.

Multiple collection modes

Overlay injection function

Agela designed a stacked injection function for customers in the injection module and software collection to achieve continuous preparation in the face of repeated injection of a single sample. For samples with large sample volume or requiring repeated preparation with small injection volume, it is convenient to set the number of superimposed injection needles.

Equipped with an automatic suction sampler, the same sample can be accurately injected continuously and repeatedly. Due to the ability to perform continuous preparation operations, samples with large liquid volumes can also be easily and efficiently purified.
