Overview

The precision oven for printed circuit boards adopts the foreign heating airflow method, which is suitable for the aging adaptability test of materials such as circuit boards and rubber components at high temperatures. Adopting a programmable control system, the instrument can be programmed to heat up, maintain a constant temperature, and standby as needed within the rated temperature range. After the operator sets the program, the instrument will work according to the program and automatically shut down (standby) after completion.

4 Instrument characteristics
The precision oven for printed circuit boards adopts the foreign heating airflow method, which is suitable for the aging adaptability test of materials such as circuit boards and rubber components at high temperatures. Adopting a programmable control system, the instrument can be programmed to heat up, maintain a constant temperature, and standby as needed within the rated temperature range. After the operator sets the program, the instrument will work according to the program and automatically shut down (standby) after completion.
The instrument has an automatic power-off protection function for overheating, a dual level protection system, ensuring the safety of the instrument and test piece, and energy-saving and environmental protection are modern equipment today.
Five Precautions for use
1. Power supply equipment: An overload fuse device should be installed in the power supply line for this special box, and it should have a good grounding device.
2. Sample preparation: After numbering the samples one by one, place them on the sample tray, avoiding contact or collision with each other.
3. When everything is ready, close the box door. Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light of the control system will light up at the same time. If you need to raise the temperature, you must turn on the blower heating switch, and then automatically raise the temperature control.
5. The instrument casing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
6. The instrument should be placed in a well ventilated indoor horizontal position, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it.
7. An iron shell knife switch should be installed in the power supply line for this special box. Before grounding and energizing the shell, please check the electrical performance of this box and pay attention to whether there is any open circuit or leakage. This instrument has no explosion-proof device and should not be placed in flammable and explosive materials for drying.
8. The items inside the box should not be placed too tightly, and space must be left to facilitate the circulation of hot air.
