It can effectively protect the filter element from deformation, prevent the motor from being damaged due to high pressure, and prevent excessive oil pump noise caused by high pressure, effectively eliminating safety hazards.

YL-B80 precision lightweight oil filter machine maintenance:

（1） Regarding the cleaning of the filter element

1) The machine mainly adopts mechanical filtration method and gradually reduces the density of the filter screen to improve the filtration accuracy. It can be seen that during the operation of the equipment, the * level filter is prone to be blocked by impurities, and the oil inlet volume may be less than the oil outlet volume, resulting in a slower oil inlet speed.

2) Solution: Remove the upper cover of the primary filter, take out the filter screen, clean it with clean oil (kerosene or gasoline), and then restore the work.

3) To identify whether the secondary filter and fine filter element should be cleaned, attention should be paid to the pressure gauge on the filter. When the pressure gauge value of the filter reaches 0.3Mpa (or when the equipment overpressure alarm is triggered), stop the operation of the equipment, remove the screws on top, and take off the upper cover.

4) The filter element is a threaded interface that can be rotated to remove the filter element.

5) Clean with clean cleaning oil (or gasoline) of the same model, and use a soft bristled brush to scrub the surface of the filter element (the surface of the filter element can be peeled off for cleaning). After cleaning, it is recommended to use an air compressor to align with the threaded mouth of the filter element and blow air from the inside out (this will help clean the filter element cleaner).

6) After cleaning, restore all components and check if the screw connections are secure.

（2） If the head is too high during refueling, it will cause the motor temperature to rise rapidly and the oil pump noise to increase.

Solution: 1. Work according to the prescribed head; 2. Intermittent work.

（3） Abnormal increase in oil pump sound:

Solution: 1. Check if the oil pump connecting shaft is concentric; 2. Whether the fastening screws are loose or fallen off; The above phenomena need to be restored to eliminate them.

（4） It is strictly prohibited to have phase loss to avoid burning out the motor.

（5） When the equipment is running and there is an overpressure alarm shutdown condition, the following checks should be performed:

1. It is necessary to check whether the pressure of the filter cartridge is too high, and check whether the pressure gauge value exceeds 0.3Mpa. If it exceeds, it will prompt that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced;

2. Check if the oil outlet valve of the equipment is opened normally;

3. Check whether the oil outlet pipeline of the equipment is kept unobstructed;

4. Check if the head of the equipment is too high and if it exceeds the specified head range of the equipment (the specified head range of this machine does not exceed 10 meters).
