Attention to early preparation

3、 Attention to aluminum subcutaneous material and edge pressing

2. The edges must be pressed and bent to increase bite strength and prevent curling, cutting, and water seepage.

3. Aluminum sheets are prohibited from being hard folded or dead folded to avoid cracking, oxidation, and rusting of the paint surface.

4、 Core points of aluminum sheet installation

5、 Attention to construction of irregular parts

6、 Key considerations for sealing and waterproofing

1. All aluminum seams, nail holes, corners, and interfacesApply all weather resistant sealantThe glue line is continuous and full, without any broken glue or bubbles.

2. For outdoor engineering and corrosive environments in the factory area, aluminum foil tape can be added to the inside of the joints and then glued for double waterproofing.

3. It is strictly prohibited to only install aluminum skin without glue. It looks good in the short term, but will be damaged by water, mold, and insulation after about a year.
