The meat products in this article, such as vegetarian burger, marinated tender chicken breast, original fried chicken, spicy fried chicken, basic flavored chicken shreds, spicy chicken cutlets, chicken wing paste, chicken hot dogs, vanilla chicken leg cutlets, etc., are seasoned with complex seasonings during the processing, which poses great difficulties for quantitative analysis of sugar in meat products.
There are two difficulties in quantitative analysis of sugar in meat products:
1、 There is no ready-made quantitative analysis standard method to refer to.

This article will introduce two methods for detecting sugar in meat products:
