Construction:


Shell: Adopting a multi wing aluminum alloy heat dissipation shell with good heat dissipation, it can quickly dissipate heat to enhance the efficiency of motor operation. The high-pressure fan body and motor shell are separately cast;
Motor:TEFC IP54F insulated motor. (According to European CE specifications);
Bearing: The impeller and shaft of the fan are designed with a sealed dust-proof feature to prevent dust from entering and extend their service life;
Impeller: A specially designed impeller with reduced gap range between the impeller and the body, which can prevent dust blockage during operation. Unlike other similar products with large corners and gaps, which can easily cause blockage and lead to high-pressure fan failure.

Characteristics of the external structure of high-pressure vortex air pump:
1. The fan material adopts ADC12 die cast aluminum, with high dimensional accuracy of castings, generally equivalent to 6-7 levels, and even up to 4 levels; Good surface smoothness, generally equivalent to grades 5-8; High strength and hardness, with strength generally increased by 25-30% compared to sand casting, but elongation reduced by about 70%; Stable size and good interchangeability; Aluminum thin-walled complex castings that can be die cast. For example, the current zinc alloy die-casting aluminum parts can achieve a minimum wall thickness of 0.3mm; aluminum alloy castings can reach 0.5mm; the minimum casting aperture is 0.7mm; and the minimum pitch is 0.75mm.
