According to the criteria; According to ASTM B311 and B328; MPIF 42、57； JIS Z2505、Z2506、GB/T 5163。 According to Archimedes and the principle of buoyancy, quickly read measurement values.

Three density measurement modes:
Mode 1: Read the specific gravity and volume of non absorbent materials directly according to on-site operating habits
Mode 2: Directly read the bulk density, porosity, wet density, and volume of metallurgical products.
Mode 3: Directly read the oil content, specific gravity, and volume of sintered oil containing bearings.

Measurement steps for visual density:
① Place the sample on the measuring table, measure the weight in the air, and press the M key to memorize.
② Immerse the sample completely into the medium, measure the weight in the medium, press the M key to memorize, and directly display the density value.

Oil content volumetric density measurement steps:
① Place the oil containing sample into the measuring table, measure the weight in the air, and press the M key to memorize.
② Place the oil containing sample into the medium, measure the weight of the oil containing product in the medium, and press the M key to memorize.
③ Burn the oil in the parts, measure the weight of the oil-free parts in the air, press the M key to memorize, and directly display the oil content and bulk density values.

Measurement steps:

② After saturating the sample with oil, place it on the measuring table, measure the weight in the air, and press the M key to memorize.
