4、 Function Introduction:
1. Instant speed switching: During the test, three pre-set speeds can be switched instantly to save test time
2. Automatic shutdown: After the sample is damaged, the moving crossbeam automatically stops moving
3. Display method: The test force, displacement, test speed, peak value, and test status are dynamically and real-time displayed on the same LCD screen during the test process
4. Automatic return: After the experiment is completed, the testing machine moves the crossbeam and automatically returns to the initial position of the experiment
5. Limit protection: It has two levels of limit protection functions: programmable and mechanical
6. Overload protection: When the load exceeds 3-5% of the rated value, the equipment automatically stops working
5、 Quality Assurance
After the equipment is officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it shall be deemed as formal delivery. The warranty period for the equipment is one year from the date of formal delivery. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment failures, and timely and free replacement of all types of parts damaged by non-human factors. If the equipment malfunctions during use outside the warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely service to the purchaser and actively assist the purchaser in completing the repair task.
