1、 Purpose:
On site metallographic microscope is a microscope suitable for metallographic examination and failure analysis of various large workpieces on site. It does not require cutting and sampling, and can directly polish and polish the workpiece to ensure its integrity. The microscope base is equipped with a magnetic suction seat, which is directly attached to the workpiece for on-site metallographic examination of the microstructure. On site metallographic microscopes are suitable for industries such as aviation manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection, petrochemicals, railways, shipbuilding, power plants, power stations, equipment installation, large molds, safety testing, quality supervision, physical and chemical laboratories, etc. It can also be widely used in factories and laboratories for the identification of casting quality, raw material inspection, or research and analysis of metallographic structure after material processing.
