For the measurement of ammonia escape,The emission limit of 3ppmv poses a great challenge to the performance of the instrument, and the vast majority of existing near-infrared laser ammonia escape instruments cannot achieve reliable accuracy under on-site operating conditions. In addition, the measurement environment of SCR outlet flue is very harsh. Traditional in-situ through type laser ammonia meters are affected by dust and the light cannot penetrate. At the same time, the pipeline will randomly load and undergo thermal expansion due to temperature, resulting in laser light deviation and signal loss, which increases the maintenance cost of the instrument.
Recently, some products have utilized extractive sampling+Near infrared laser+long path absorption cell technology uses long path to compensate for the weak absorption of near-infrared spectral lines of ammonia molecules. However, due to the addition of precision optical components such as long path absorption cells, it is not suitable for harsh working conditions such as high dust, high temperature, and high ammonium salt at the denitrification outlet. After long-term operation, the cleaning and alignment of the precision optical path pool greatly increase the difficulty and cost of maintenance.
