Overview

The portable dynamic gas analyzer imported LY-200P has a small volume portable chassis imported from the United States. The overall equipment is divided into standard and high-end versions, with the difference being the internal mass flow controller. The ordinary version has an accuracy of 1% R.D, a preheating time of 10 minutes, a response time of 1 second, a dilution ratio upper and lower limit range of 50:1, and a high-end version has an accuracy of 0.6% RD without preheating. The response time is 100ms, and the dilution ratio upper and lower limits are 100:1. The device can dilute multiple standard gases and can detect multiple alarms with just one device. It is easy to operate and comes with calibration function for annual inspection!

SF6 gas alarm detection gas dilution device spot and dynamic gas distribution instrument usage method:

1. Preparation and inspection before using the instrument

After the instrument is turned on and self-test is normal, it can directly enter the gas distribution interface through touch screen selection. Please refer to "Common Problems and Solutions" for abnormal situations.

1.2 Inspection of Gas Cylinders

Close the output valve of the pressure reducing valve and open the valve of the gas cylinder. After the valve of the gas cylinder is opened, the pressure value of the high-pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve will be consistent with the pressure value of the gas cylinder, generally above 1Mpa. If the pressure reducing valve does not leak, the pressure value on the high-pressure gauge will remain unchanged. In case of severe leakage, a noticeable airflow sound can be heard, and the gas cylinder should be immediately closed and reconnected.

1.3 Pipeline connection of the instrument

Connect each pressure reducing valve and instrument input pipeline, and connect the instrument output pipeline. Then slowly open each pressure reducing valve switch to ensure that the pressure output of the pressure reducing valve is 0.05MPa. It is recommended to adjust the output pressure to 0.1MPa, and generally use a pressure less than 0.3MPa (observe and adjust the final pressure output through a low-pressure pressure gauge).

2. Gas distribution steps

After starting up and preheating, first select the gas type and standard gas concentration for each channel on the main interface, then automatically generate corresponding coefficients, set the dilution concentration, and finally set the exhaust flow rate. Click on the gas distribution start button, select the desired dilution concentration point to start automatic operation. If a cycle function is required, the cycle time can be set. Click on cycle start, and then click on gas distribution start to automatically cycle at each dilution concentration point according to the set time.

We provide a gas coefficient preset modification interface, where users can calibrate equipment parameters according to their actual situation.

Flow calibration (this function is used for annual calibration. Users do not need to set it for regular use).

Click on the calibration interface, enter the percentage of calibration points required for this channel, enter the initial calibration coefficient of 1, and then select the calibration point. The gas will then enter the flow controller for this channel, and the actual flow rate will display the gas flow rate value of the flow controller. The calibration flow rate will be entered as the high-precision mass flow meter flow rate value, and finally the calibration value will be written to complete the calibration of this calibration point. At the calibration point, the flow range of ± 50% is corrected using calibrated coefficients.

Click on the flow curve chart to enter the flow curve interface as shown in Figure 8, where you can monitor the stability of gas flow in real time.

3. Cleaning

After the gas distribution is completed, the instrument or ventilation equipment should be cleaned. Prevent gases, especially highly toxic, toxic, and corrosive gases, from remaining inside instruments and equipment pipelines for a long time, posing a threat to personnel safety and damaging instrument components. After the recommended gas distribution is completed, connect N2 standard gas to the intake channel, adjust the output pressure of N2 standard gas to 0.2 MPa, and then perform ventilation cleaning. After flushing, close the intake pressure reducing valve.

Attention: Please do not immediately turn off the gas distribution device after stopping the gas distribution, especially for highly toxic, toxic, and corrosive gases. It is necessary to clean with nitrogen before turning off. The instrument should be stored in a dry place and kept away from heat and fire sources. This instrument can only introduce clean gas, and particles such as water, oil, or dust can damage the sensor if introduced.

Common problems and solutions for SF6 gas alarm detection gas dilution device in stock:

1. Insufficient concentration or flow rate of the gas distributor

Observe the high-pressure gauge of the gas cylinder pressure reducing valve and the low-pressure gauge after pressure reduction, and determine whether the gas cylinder has gas or the pressure output after pressure reduction is too low based on the pressure gauge

2. Input error

Check if the input value (required gas flow rate) is within the instrument range

3. The gas cylinder will soon run low on pressure

First check if there is gas in the cylinder, then check if the pressure reducing valve is leaking

4. How to check the airtightness of the instrument

After connecting the gas cylinder to the instrument, slowly open the pressure reducing valve to 0.2 MPa, and then close the main valve of the cylinder. After a period of time, the pressure reducing valve indicates no significant change in pressure. Otherwise, please check the pipeline first and eliminate the pipeline problem. If the instrument has poor airtightness, please contact the manufacturer.

5 touch screen abnormalities

When the touch fails, there is no response when the button is pressed. Please restart the instrument once. If it still fails to power on again, please contact the manufacturer

6. No airflow passes through during the valve distribution process

The gas source is not turned on and the gas path is blocked. Please connect the gas source and open the airflow

7. There is a large deviation in flow rate, and after a long period of use, the zero drift occurs. The inspection method is to set two valve paths arbitrarily, with the flow rate set to 0. If the flow rate value is large without ventilation, please contact the manufacturer

8. Unstable display values of concentration and flow rate

Check if the gas output pressure is at the working pressure using the low-pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve

Internally, it is generally required to be greater than 0.1MPa, with a recommended value of 0.2MPa. If the output pressure is normal but the fault persists, please check the airtightness of the pipeline. If the problem still persists, please contact the manufacturer
