The portable dust concentration measuring instrument is suitable for rapid determination of inhalable particulate matter concentration in atmospheric environments, detection of dust concentration in labor hygiene aspects such as industrial and mining production sites, and monitoring of inhalable dust concentration in the field of environmental protection. $r $n has been widely used for real-time monitoring of dust concentration in public places such as construction sites, industrial and mining enterprises, and storage yards and docks. It can quickly and directly observe the continuous changes in atmospheric dust concentration, which complies with relevant national laws, regulations, and standards, and effectively improves work efficiency. It can be applied both indoors and outdoors.
Portable dust concentration measuring instrumentUsing semiconductor laser light source, touch screen display, reasonable structure, high detection accuracy, short sampling time, simple and clear functional operation, no need for computer data acquisition, and very convenient testing environment.
Working Principle:
This instrument adopts the principle of light scattering. When suspended particles in the air pass through the photosensitive zone, they scatter a certain proportion of light flux that is proportional to their particle size. After photoelectric conversion, amplification, and processing, the equivalent diameter and quantity of the collected particles are obtained, and the corresponding particle concentration is calculated through algorithms.
