Through the keyboard or PC Dinitools free software, 30 different printing formats can be set (common printing format, cumulative printing format, product cumulative printing format, partial cumulative printing format, general cumulative printing format, total cumulative printing format, printing title line format); Each printing format contains 20482 storage positions, each of which can be input with ASCII code or printing mode (e.g. company name, batch and weighing number, gross weight, tare weight, net weight, cumulative sum, product explanatory text, date and time, etc.).

Alibi memory is used to automatically store the total weight of the vehicle (applicable to wheel weight weighing function mode).

It can print and display the last 3500 vehicle data lists (in wheel weight weighing function mode) or the last 3500 axle weight data lists (in axle weight weighing function mode).

3、 Main functions:

Wheel weight weighing mode, by weighing the weight of each wheel, the weight of the entire vehicle is obtained (the required number of weighing plates is the same as the number of wheels)

Axle weight weighing mode, which measures the weight of each axle to obtain the weight of the entire vehicle (requires 2 WWS weighing plates)

The axle weight can be obtained manually or automatically. It can be obtained by pressing a key when the axle is parked on the weighing board, or automatically when the vehicle passes over the weighing board

Through the management of weighing in and out, record and calculate the weight of materials transported by vehicles entering and leaving the company/construction site

Automatically calculate coordinate position (in wheel weight weighing mode)

The weighing display has three cumulative items, which can be reset to zero or printed, and can be independently set: - the total weight of the current vehicle, - the total weight of all weighed vehicles, - the total weight

Vehicle tare weight database

The data can be manually compiled by operators (registration number, license plate number, transportation materials, customers, suppliers, etc.)

The database can store 1000 records and can be set with a password consisting of 5 letters or numbers, which can be used for vehicle, user, and material management

The recording of weight is very important for future product traceability. All weight data is retained in EXCEL format and can store over 5000000 weights.
