Forklift scale is a high-precision weighing device that uses dynamic measurement and can measure during the movement of the shovel. Flexible and convenient, it is a new type of electronic scale. It is divided into two parts: signal acquisition part (oil pressure sensor, position sensor, temperature sensor) and signal processing and display part (weighing display). It can be measured dynamically or statically, making it easy and convenient to use. The weighing display can be set with all Chinese information, such as measurement units, operators, cargo types, etc., and can be directly printed.
1、 Working principle
A shovel scale is a weighing device installed on a shovel to dynamically weigh and automatically accumulate each bucket of material, without changing the original structure of the shovel during installation.
When the forklift boom is raised to a certain height, the position sensor will trigger the weighing process, and the weighing instrument will collect pressure signals from the upper/lower oil chamber oil pressure sensors of the forklift boom cylinder in the weighing section. After signal processing and compensation calculation, the material weight of each bucket (single bucket load) is obtained and automatically accumulated to the cumulative load. At the same time, the deviation value between the cumulative load and the cumulative limit load and alarm information are displayed. The weighing operator can determine whether the single bucket load is valid based on the alarm information; Determine the loading capacity of the last bucket based on the shortfall value to prevent the entire vehicle from exceeding the loading limit. After the cumulative load reaches the cumulative limit, the entire vehicle is loaded and the loading record is saved/printed.

No need to stop the bucket, automatic weighing during the lifting process, does not affect loading efficiency, and prevents overloading and underloading.
Shake material decreasing: The set large weighing range can automatically shake off the amount of the next bucket when the weighing is close to the tonnage demand of the large limit, until the accumulated weighing matches the tonnage difference of the large tonnage limit. The instrument can automatically display it without lifting the arm back and forth for weighing.
Deduction: During the weighing process, an automatic deduction function has been added, which means that during the loading process, there is no need to press the "deduction" button. For materials that have not been completely emptied in the tipping bucket, the system will automatically deduct the weight of the material in the bucket, without affecting normal loading or causing weighing errors.
Dual use for both dynamic and static, with one click conversion of function keys, resulting in higher static weighing accuracy.
The LCD screen and keyboard both have backlight function, making it convenient for night work.
