1. The equipment adopts a segmented air intake form and is designed with a drying section and a cooling section. The drying section adopts a design with high air volume and medium air pressure of 110-120 ℃, which enables the rapid dispersion and surface pre drying of viscous wet particle materials, and can prevent the phenomenon of "powder spraying" at the fluidized bed feed inlet due to excessive positive pressure;

2. The uniform air plate of the fluidized bed adopts a combined structure, and a tongue shaped hole structure is used in the feeding section to ensure consistent wind direction and low pressure drop, accelerating the material advance speed and preventing material accumulation at the feeding port. The middle and rear bed plates adopt straight hole type bed plates to extend the material's residence in the fluidized bed
