The QX-LZZ series metal tube float flowmeter is also known as metal float flowmeter, metal tube rotor flowmeter, and metal rotor flowmeter. Adopting the principle of variable area measurement, it is suitable for measuring liquids and gases. All metal structure, including pointer type, electric remote transmission type, corrosion-resistant type, high-voltage type, jacket type, and explosion-proof type. It has standard analog signal output and on-site indication of 0-10mA and 4-20mA, accumulation, digital communication, on-site modification of measurement parameters, different power supply mode functions, with magnetic filters and special specifications. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, pharmaceuticals, food, water treatment, etc. During the flow measurement process under complex and harsh environmental conditions, as well as various media conditions.

Principle:
The float in the measuring tube moves upwards with the change of flow rate, and the buoyancy and gravity of the float reach equilibrium at a certain position. At this time, the circulating annular gap area between the float and the orifice plate (or cone tube) remains at a certain level, and the annular gap area is proportional to the rising height of the float. That is, the position of the float rising in the measuring tube represents the size of the flow rate. The change in the position of the float is transmitted by the internal magnet to the external indicator, so that the indicator correctly indicates the flow rate value at this time. This means that the indicator housing does not come into direct contact with the measuring tube, so even if limit switches or transmitters are installed, the instrument can be used under high temperature and high pressure working conditions.
