Overview:
Explosion proof tuning fork level switchIt is caused by the resonance of the transistor, and when subjected to material damping, the amplitude sharply decreases and the frequency and phase undergo significant changes. These changes are detected by the internal electronic circuit, processed, and converted into switch signal output. The tuning fork level switch can monitor, control, and alarm the high and low positions of the material tank, and is suitable for various liquids, powders, and granular solids. It is practical, simple, reliable in operation, and has strong adaptability. It is basically maintained on the surface, and both the tuning fork and output are in working status, indicated by light-emitting diodes. The status indication can be adjusted according to habits, and it is equipped with three output modes (DC)24VCommunication110VAnd communication220V)And multiple output modes (DC current output type, relay contact output type, DC voltage output type). All types have high or low fault alarm simulation and selectable instrument switch sensitivity.
Explosion proof tuning fork level switchInstallation method
1Instruments are generally installed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally with a fork end facing downwards (when material adhesion is strong, it is recommended to use a fork end facing downwards vertically).
2The instrument is not allowed to be installed upside down, i.e. with the fork end facing upwards.
3When there are lumps or hard particles mixed in the material, it is recommended to use vertical or inclined installation methods.
4.Before installing on the device, it is recommended to use a small amount of medium sample to test and calibrate sensitivity. For example, immersing the instrument into a container containing a medium to test the reliability of the switch.
5.In actual installation, it is generally divided into top installation (high-level monitoring of the medium), side wall installation (high-level or low-level monitoring of the medium), and pipeline installation (air flow monitoring of the material pump).
Explosion proof tuning fork level switchPrecautions
1.Avoid material adhesion and prevent the vibration of the fork.
2.In the case of scarring, sufficient space should be left between the fork and the tank wall.
3.Instruments used for liquid level monitoring, with detection points determined according to the height required for monitoring or control.
4.For low viscosity liquids, the tuning fork head can be freely separated from the process medium and installed at any position as shown in the diagram.
5.For high viscosity liquids, the tuning fork head cannot be freely separated from the process medium, and it is recommended to only install the fork end vertically downwards.
6.For instruments used for level monitoring, the installation position of vertical cylindrical containers or similar containers depends not only on the level height that needs to be monitored or controlled, but also on the resting angle and feeding position of the material. When installed horizontally, the fork end should be located one-third of the container radius away from the inner wall of the container; The two forked stocks should be in the same horizontal plane. When installed vertically at the top of the container, the distance between the installation center and the inner wall of the container should be selected at one-third of the container radius. The installation position of instruments should avoid direct impact or splashing of material flow as much as possible to prevent erroneous actions and wear. If it is impossible to avoid material impact or splashing, a protective eave can be installed above the instrument installation position. The effective width of the protective eave should be greater than the width of the fork end, and its length should be greater than the actual size of the instrument penetrating into the silo.
Explosion proof tuning fork level switchcloseDaily maintenance and upkeep
1.For instruments installed correctly and in a good working environment, maintenance is generally not required. However, when the tested material may contaminate and adhere to the fork body, regular cleaning should be carried out to prevent the deposition of adhesive materials that may cause abnormal operation of the tuning fork. When cleaning, be sure not to knock or drop the fork body to avoid damaging the vibrating part of the tuning fork.
2.For instruments with surface treated with Teflon, do not use wiping materials containing hard impurities to wipe the surface of the instrument to avoid damaging the specially treated surface.
